Dr. Martin B. Robles Mejía
Dr. Martin B. Robles Mejía is a certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with great interest in cosmetic surgery, specifically facial rejuvenation, body contouring, breast surgery and post-bariatric surgery after massive weight loss. His goal is to offer the best results to patients, accompanied by the highest level of service and personalized attention.
Dr. Robles Mejía trained at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He followed two years of residency in general surgery and three years of specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital Geral Santa Casa da Misericordia in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
During his training as a plastic surgeon, he shared and worked with internationally renowned plastic surgeons. He maintains direct contact with his mentors and constantly participates in symposiums and conferences, both national and international, to update himself and be at the forefront of the latest techniques and thus be able to offer the best to his patients.
He has participated in more than 40 national and international conferences where he has presented scientific papers in some of them, both as author and co-author. Dr. Robles has published part of his work in some international scientific journals of plastic surgery, including a book chapter.
Dr. Robles is certified by the Dominican Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (SODOCIPRE), an associate member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), as well as like other national and international societies.
